نوع غريب من الزهوور

* زهرة القلب النازف * شاهدوا وقولوا سبحان الخالق
زهرة تعرف بإسم
(زهرة القلب النازف \ bleeding-heart rose) وقد أطلقت عليها هذه التسمية

لشكلها العجيب الذي يشبه القلب النازف.
الإسم العلمي لهذه الزهور هو (Lamprocapnos spectabilis) وأيضا تحمل هذه
الزهور العديد من الأسماء بالإضافة إلى القلب النازف وكلها إستنادا على
شكلها كإسم (السيدة في المغطس \ Lady in a bath) و
(البنطلون الهولندي \ Dutchman’s trousers) وتنمو الزهرة بعدة ألوان على
حسب صنف الأشجار فهناك أيضا اللون الأبيض
تعيش هذه النباتات التي تزهر زهور القلب النازف في أقصى شرق آسيا إبتداءا
من شرق سيبيريا وانتهاءا باليابان وتتكاثر بواسطة البذور التي تنمو في داخل
(قرون \ بسلات) تماما كما في نبات البازيلاء. الصورة التالية توضح البسلات
على هذه النباتات.
لا تنمو كل زهرة لوحدها أو في أغصان منفرده بل يحتوي كل غصن على عدد من
الأزهار كما تظهر الصور التالية لنبتتي القلب النازف بنوعيها الوردي
والأبيض.
تعتبر نباتات القلب النازف من نباتات الزينة التي تستخدم بكثرة في دول
الشرق الأقصى كاليابان وغيرها.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ...

حـــذر الأطباء في لندن من رش العطر على طرفي الرقبة الذي قد يؤدي إلى تكوين بقــع واضحــة على بشرة الرقبة تسمى Polkodermi و هذه البقعة لايمكن إزالتها إلا بواسطة الليزر .

ويفسر الأطباء ذلك بكون بشرة الرقبة أقل سماكة و أكثر تحسسا من أي منطقة أخرى بالجسم و هي تتعرض لأشعة الشمس قبل الوجه التي تترك بصمتها و تغير لون البشرة و مادة الكحول في العطور ليست هي السبب و إنما الزيوت الروائح .
ولذلك ينصح الخبراء باستعمال العطر في المناطق التي لا تتعرض لأشعة الشمس

من حسن الحظ ان تنزل دمعه من عينها لتنجو ...نجت سيدة فرنسية من دفنها وهى حية من خلال دمعة من عينيها ،
وتروى تلك السيدة التى نجت بأعجوبه من دفنها حية قصتها التى حولتها احدى دور النشر الى
كتاب صاغه كاتب بسيط اسمه هيرفيه دو شالندار تحت عنوان "دمعة انقذتنى".
وتبدأ القصة بشعور سيدة فرنسية من اسرة بسيطة بصداع شديد فى رأسها حتى تم نقلها الى المستشفى
لتدخل بعدها فى غيبوبه ووضعها الأطباء تحت الأجهزة الصناعية عدة ايام ولكنها لا تحرك ساكنا.
فهى كانت ساكنه جسديا ولكنها عقليا كانت تدرك بكل ما يحيط بها الا ان الأطباء كانوا لا يعلمون ذلك
حتى قرر الأطباء نزع الأجهزة الطبية وبدأت تسمع افراد اسرتها يتحدثون عن ترتيبات جنازتها ،
وجاءتها ابنتها الصغيرة لتودعها فى المستشفى قبل يوم دفنها وهو اليوم الذى صادف موعد زواجها
وقالت لها ابنتها " لا تخافى يا امى سأعتنى بأبى من بعدك". وفجأة نزلت دمعة من عين الأم فأسرعت
الفتاة وطلبت الممرضات وقالت لهما ان والدتها لا زالت حية حتى جاء الأطباء
وادركوا ان السيدة تعانى من مرض نادر ، وتم علاجها وغادرت المستشفى بعد ان تماثلت للشفاء.

لطالما كانت العين رمزاً للجمال فتغنّى بها الشعراء والأدباء، لكن لا أظن أن منهم من سيستمر في مدحها لو شاهد هذه الصور:

التقط هذه الصور المدهشة أستاذ الفيزياء سورين مانفيليان الذي استخدم أصدقائه وطلابه لتصوير صور مقرّبة للعين، فأنتج المجموعة العجيبة التي سنشاهدها في هذا الموضوع:

لا تظهر هذه التفاصيل إلا عندما نقترب بشدة من العين باستخدام عدسة مكبرة (كما فعل مانفيليان)، والطريف أنه يقول أنه أراد تصوير العين البشرية كما فعل مع الكثير من الأشياء الصغيرة لكنه تفاجأ بهذه التفاصيل التي تبدو أقرب لسطح كوكب في الفضاء!

يعمل مانفيليان على مشروع تصوير يحمل اسم “عيونك الجميلة، يهدف فيه لجمع عدد كبير من صور التي تظهر قزحية العين والبؤبؤ، ويحاول التقاطها في ظروف إضاءة مختلفة لملاحظة التغييرات التي تحدث في العين من إضاءة لأخرى.

قامت زوجة صينية بإتباع أسلوب غريب للتمييز بين أبنائها الأربعة التوائم، وأسماؤهم جيانج بونلونج، جيانج يونشياو، جيانج يونهان و جيانج يونلين، وهم متشابهون لدرجة أنه حتى والدتهم تان تشاويون تعاني التمييز بينهم. حيث قامت بحلاقة شعرهم على شكل أرقام من واحد إلى أربعة حسب ترتيب ولادتهم. ورغم قصات الشعر الجديدة والغريبة إلا أنها لقت ترحيب من معلمي الأولاد بمدرستهم الابتدائية بمدينة شينجين جنوبي الصين في مواجهة مشكلات في التفريق بينهم، ومن ثم أتبعوا إستراتيجية خاصة بهم بوضعهم في أربعة فصول مختلفة.

Ajax, meanwhile, got a huge chance to level the scoring after some good work from Ryan Babel. The attacker sent in an excellent low cross from the right for substitute Danny Hoesen, who really should have found the net from five yards out. Nevertheless, the former Fulham youngster rushed his shot and squandered the chance.

Ronaldo then put the match to bed in the 79th minute after a quick combination with Benzema. The Frenchman set up the prolific attacker on the edge of the box, and the former Manchester United star beat Vermeer with a well-placed shot in the far corner.

There was more to come from Ronaldo, though, as he got his hat-trick only one minute late with a delicate chip over the Ajax goalkeeper after being played in by a neat pass from Sami Khedira.

Ajax sit last in their section with zero points from two meetings. Their next game is the home match versus Manchester City on October 24.

Real Madrid lead Group D with six points from two encounters, and resume Champions League action away against Borussia Dortmund in three weeks time.

A new report by Reis Inc., which tracks 79 markets, says the vacancy rate for apartment units dropped from 4.7 percent in the second quarter to 4.6 percent in the third. And although the 0.8 percent increase in rents in the third quarter is still considered strong, it is down from a 1.1 percent increase in the second quarter.
Improving home sales and low mortgage rates are attracting homebuyers and are partially responsible for the decreasing interest in rental units. And a potential oversupply of apartment complexes is poised to hit the market. The U.S. Commerce Department reports that multifamily construction starts were up 37 percent in August from a year earlier. According to Reis, between 160,000 and 200,000 new units will be available for rent in 2013.
For renters, the laws of supply and demand mean that they could find more rental options and see a break in monthly payments. For investors, many analysts are still seeing a demand for apartments, particularly in some metro areas. The recession's aftermath has left a wake of potential homeowners who do not want to buy and others who went into foreclosure and ruined their credit. That leaves a viable pool of renters. Real estate investment trusts, or REITs, that invest in apartment units are still strong as a sector, relative to other sectors, analysts say, but spreading the risk may be the best bet for the next couple of years as we continue with a weak recovery.
