Clock Royal Tower: Top concrete building in the world!
Stand today after only three months of the first accurate clock Mecca that will be placed at an altitude of more than 660 meters in the face of the Haram al-Sharif:
This huge building that you see in the picture is a residential and hotel complex consists of seven giant towers, is now being built in the city of Mecca in the face of the Haram al-Sharif. What distinguishes it is the "Makkah Clock Royal Tower," which mediates seven towers, which will contain the above-hour Mecca which will become the world's largest clock, size up to six times an hour pages between famous in London.
The aim of this project is to develop the timing of Mecca as one of the key times in the world in the face of the timing of Greenwich, where it will be linked to Makkah Clock as Time centers in the world such as London, Paris, New York and Tokyo.
This is not the time is the only feature in the project, but will Makkah Clock Royal Tower is the second tallest tower in the world after Burj Khalifa in Dubai, where the length of structure concrete main tower 662 meters and length structure iron, surmounted by 155 m, which means that total length is 817 meters and therefore top of a concrete tower in the world and the second tallest tower in the world after the Burj Khalifa, which reach a length of 828 meters.
This image Makkah Clock Royal Tower compared to the longest towers world:
As for the giant German-made clock stands at 45 meters in length and 43 meters wide, and can be seen and know of time during which at a distance of 17 kilometers pm (when lit) and at a distance of 12 kilometers in the daytime!
The hotel complex will contain 3,000 rooms and apartments, and will be managed by a global Vermont, and will contain the main tower on the Islamic Museum and an astronomical observatory for scientific and religious purposes, and will be the total cost of the project is about three billion dollars.
The project will feature next to all of the above structure and sophisticated information technology too, where will alone about 100,000 kilometers of fiber optic wire high-speed!!
Project a very beautiful and distinctive in terms of construction and architecture, but to be fair (as we did in the Great Mosque of Algiers project) we must not overlook the other side of the picture, and I mean the negatives that نبدأها of the place of residence of this project.
The project serves as the most sacred place for us as Muslims in the face of the Haram al-Sharif, which transcends the human subject to live in an atmosphere of calm and spirituality in Rehab Sanctuary. Is it unreasonable to "contaminate" the quiet atmosphere of this giant building which gives a remarkable physical touch?!
This on the one hand, on the other hand Is it justifiable to spend three billion dollars under the guise of competition timing Greenwich?
Will contain the city of Greenwich basis or Tokyo or New York City on a giant hours so even seek to make larger ones?!!
The concluding speech of the Prophet - peace be upon him - which says: "The Hour will not even boast of people in mosques!"!
