Malaysian architect has proposed Sarli Adré Srakom building skyscrapers to the bottom instead of the top in the seas and oceans as you see in the picture!
This will not be floating skyscrapers just buildings, but cities will be integrated, self-sufficient by relying on wave energy, solar energy and wind power to meet its electricity needs. And will contain these floating cities as well as on farms to meet its food needs to provide their own food, through advanced cultivation Laurie systems inside, next to a small forest on the surface!
