Vitamin (k 2) is linked to better health for the heart
Scientists study showed University Medical Center Utrecht Dutch vitamin consumption (k 2) from natural sources reduces the accumulation of calcium blood vessels and thus prevent heart disease and hardening of the arteries.
The study included 564 women aged 67 years were asked about their consumption of vitamin K from food and calcification of the arteries is assessed them.
The results showed that the consumption of vitamin (k 2) and not (k 1) from natural sources such as meat and dairy products and cheese leads to decline in calcification of the arteries by 20%.
