RMJM's office announced architectural design for the approval of the Turkish government on the project up to billion-dollar
in Otasuhar area which the government wants to make it a destination of business and finance in the city of Istanbul.
This project will include major towers 60 storeys high gives a panoramic view of distinctive views stretching from the Bosphorus Strait in the west to the islands of the Sea of Marmara in the south. Also will contain 1,500 housing units and public gardens and a five-star hotel, offices and conference centers, large parking, and is expected to serve about 20,000 people
Featured in this design next to shape luxury is that it would be more environmentally friendly projects in Turkey, where will contain storage areas for rainwater, and systems to provide water consumption, and turbines generate electricity using wind, and pools of water to cool the generators at the same time giving the scene aesthetic of the project, and assumes that it is the completion of this project in 2011.
